Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity has recently opened within a multinational FMCG business. They are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE.As the Supply Chain Manager, you will:
• Oversee the overall supply chain operation in the UAE
• Work with the Market Director and the sales team in driving the market potential of the business through execution of a world class customer order management
• Manage the direct customers of the business from a supply chain perspective
• Ensure the accuracy of the supply forecast and the efficiency of the customer service and logistics
• Represent the Supply Chain Function in the Demand Management Review
• Develop and deliver the continuous improvement initiatives on SAPThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Degree level education
• At least 5-8 years experience in supply chain operations within the FMCG industry
• Working knowledge in SAP
• People management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
