We are currently looking to recruit a Service Supervisor to work for Automall Dubai based operations.Job Purpose:
To delegate, assist and monitor the team performance in the workshop and reception and to achieve or exceed the targeted business and CSV objectives.
Handling complaints from customers and resolve in time.Key Accountabilities:
To achieve monthly Net Sales and Gross Margin target.Effective technician utilisation for achieving minimum of 125% efficiency with each productive.Respond to PSF concern customers within 48 hours of notification and action on RCA and CAPA.Ensure that the customer is provided with a delightful experience on every occasion.Achieve minimum threshold CSV score on every month.Review and action on monthly quality score report for you and team to improve the efficiency.Automall is highly customer focused and performance oriented.Job RequirementsExperience:

Experience in service supervisor or Team Leader or workshop controller role in Multi franchise workshop, MS Office Skills, verbal and written communication skills in English.Behavioural Competencies:
