Position Purpose
Lead the creation of best-in-class designs for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers.
Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan, Sales and Festive.
Act as POC for stakeholders across departments in regards to graphic and static executions.
Lead on product photoshoots and photo executions.
Support stakeholders across departments with ME led executions including PR seeding, Local executions, Localized product content and packaging for Sephora Collection and Sephora Favorites.
Key Accountabilities
Graphic Design Execution
Continue to uplift Sephora content and TOV across touchpoints through best in class concepts and creative executions.
Lead the creative process of campaign graphic design for all relevant touchpoints including:
Digital media channels
Social platforms (IG, FB, Snapchat, TikTok)
OOH, DOOH
Press kits
Ecommerce website and app
Packaging
Deliver creative that is on brand and in the Sephora TOV and ensures brand consistency.
Work with the Creative Director to execute creative concepts and align team members on upcoming executions.
Drive processes and efficiencies
Process owner for creative graphic design workflows.
Align tasks and calendar with Creative Director.
Align with key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of creatives.
Act as POC for stakeholders.
