Senior User Experience Architect

Leading Global Digital Agency is looking for a User Experience Architect (EA)
He/she will be an expert in user centred design (UCD) with experience in successfully applying UCD to a number of web based applications.
They will have been involved in all aspects of user research and usability testing.
The primary role is to conceptualize and deliver the design of web based applications that meet business and usability objectives. The role requires forming and managing teams to deliver UX deliverables.
You will take it upon yourself to stay an industrial leader on UX and help drive innovation within the team to produce high quality work.
The role requires cohesion between multi-disciplinary teams. You will be working right from conception. As a candidate you should have a flare for design along with your technical skill.
The role is client facing and requires effective leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, strategists, engineers, visual designers and content strategists.
They provide direction for EA and wider UE related activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and maintenance of site maps
UML use cases and UML flow diagrams (in collaboration with Director EA's, business analysts and engineers)
Design and production of page/task flows. (in collaboration with business analysts and engineers)
Design, production and maintenance of all project user interface specifications (including template specifications and functional specifications)
Prototyping activities (as appropriate for each phase of design, including paper prototypes, vision wire frames and HTML)
Usability/user research plans, reports and supporting materials including screeners, questionnaires, scripts etc
Plan and execute usability tests and all aspects of user research.
Interpret results from user research as design or strategic recom
At least 2 years of Experience in a similar role.
A degree in a related field
A wide experience of development systems.
Experience in both Primary and secondary research methods
Experience with prototyping tools such as dreamweaver

Do you have experience of several development system/ web design projects?
You will currently be working as, a Senior UX architect, UX architect, UX Designer, user experience designer, User experience consultant, UIUX, or similar capacity.
