Senior SOC Incident Handler & Forensics Specialist
with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience for the Dubai location. Candidates who can travel for projects can share their profile to *** immediately.
Requirement:
Qualification: Any Relevant degree (Comp Science)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Mode of Work: Regular / Full Time Office work (NO Remote or WFH)
Experience: Min 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Skills: SOC Incident Identification and Analysis, Incident Detection and Response, Forensic Analysis and Investigation, Threat Intelligence Utilization, and Recovering incidents
Mandatory Certifications: GIAC, GCFA or GCFR
Duration: Min 1 year and extendable
Start Time: ASAP/ 20 to 30 days from the date of Offer Acceptance
- Incident Handler & Forensics Specialist
The Incident Handler & Forensics Specialist should join the cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for detecting, responding to, and recovering from security incidents while conducting forensic investigations to identify the root cause and implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
Incident Identification and Analysis
Incident Detection and Response
Forensic Analysis and Investigation
Threat Intelligence Utilization
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that enhance incident handling and forensic capabilities
Work with the SOC Manager to implement improvements in monitoring, detection, and response functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in SOC environment
Advanced forensic investigation skills using tools for system and memory analysis
Proficiency with cybersecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, threat hunting platforms).
Preferably with Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) experience
Mandatory Certifications: GIAC GCFA or GCFR
Optional Certifications: GIAC GCIH, GCFE, GNFA, CISSP etc.
