The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Pre-Sales Executive position would be actively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions for them. In addition, you will be handling the pre-sales process, showcasing our product Focal features and advantages, conducting demonstrations, and providing technical expertise to secure new business opportunities.

As a Senior Pre-Sales Executive, your daily workload might include:

Assist in the pre-sales process by managing the technical assessment of Focal to ensure effective promotion of our product
Identify, understand and define client requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions
Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, addressing technical and business-related questions
Working closely with clients to solve business problems in areas such as compliance and financial crimes
Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients, articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops tailored to client needs, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products or services
Become a subject matter expert in one or more of our solution areas

Requirements

Our target profile is candidates with.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5 years proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing technical role
5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Eager to learn.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering is a must.
Previous experience in Technology background is a plus
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic language is a plus but not a must
