Senior Interior Designer

Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer to be based in Dubai on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a highly skilled and design-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years of local experience in the UAE, specializing in both commercial and residential interiors. This hands-on role requires a strong passion for design, exceptional client-facing skills, and experience handling large-scale projects for renowned developers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring a high standard of creativity and quality.
Develop and present innovative design concepts tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of design integrity.
Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to produce detailed design documents, including plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
Requirements:

Western nationality preferred.
8-10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a minimum of 3 years of local UAE experience.
Strong experience in commercial design for large-scale projects with top-tier developers.
Proven expertise in residential design for high-end projects.
Excellent concept design skills with a keen eye for luxury and high-end aesthetics.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max (Revit experience preferred).
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
A portfolio that reflects luxury, high-end interior design aligned with our company's design philosophy.
Portfolio Requirements:

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects, with an emphasis on high-end luxury residential and commercial designs.
