Roles and responsibilitiesAn exciting opportunity has arisenfor a Senior Executive - Paramedic inJumeirah Al Qasr Hotel.
TheParamedics' primary responsibility is to provideimmediate care and treatment to guests and colleagues who requiremedical attention in accordance with their medical training.
Themain duties and responsibilities of this roleare:
Provide rapid intervention andmanagement in the event of emergencies.Provideemergency medical care within the Madinat Jumeirah Resort andimmediate surroundings.Provide primary andongoing health care.Makes sure that treatmentarea is a sterile environment.
i.e.:
All equipment that has beensterilised is dry and in the proper place.
Emergency trolley isfully stocked, and clinic is clean andtidy.Checks all equipment and make sure thatit is all in good working order and ready at alltimes.Checks oxygen and safetyequipment.Follows medical waste procedures asstated in SOP.Contacts security supervisor forany accidents or for off-site referral.Informssecurity Director/Manager if a potential safety hazard has beenidentified.Routine review of SOP and makeschanges when necessary through Mercury.Toassist with the implementation and maintenance of the MadinatJumeirah Emergency Evacuation and Operations Plan, with specificreference to sections pertaining to evacuation, triage, first aid,and the role carried out by the Paramedics.AboutYou:
