Senior Event Account Manager

If so, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Event Account Manager to join our Client Services division. This role involves managing client accounts and ensuring the successful budgeting, selling, planning, and execution of event productions.
Being a Senior Account Manager at Electra requires excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and a desire for excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams. This role demands a combination of project management expertise, client services, and a deep understanding of event production for luxury clients.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process.
Understand client needs and objectives, presenting them with tailored proposals and solutions.
Answer RFPs and create quotations for events.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for their events.
Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines.
Grow the revenue of the assigned accounts.
Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned accounts.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to the Account Coordinator to successfully deliver projects.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget, including frequent site visits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, estimation, production, and logistics, to ensure project success.
Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to production facility to maintain consistency and excellence.
Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments for timely delivery of services and products, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event production.
Budget and Cost Management:

Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget while maintaining quality standards.
Track commercial terms and financial deliverables.
Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project files.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
Provide post-event reports and analysis to clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in an agency/client-facing role.
Strong organizational, client, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Able to work and perform independently without constant supervision.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, AI and event management software and tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Willingness to travel for events as required, in the GCC.
Fluent in French and English (both writing and speaking). Arabic is a plus.
