Senior Engineer ICT

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Engineer ICT to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Information and Communications Technology department you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining cuttingedge ICT solutions that drive our organizations technological advancement.
Lead the design and implementation of complex networking solutions including active equipment configuration (core switches distribution switches routers and WiFi systems)
Develop and oversee structured cabling designs for largescale projects ensuring optimal performance and scalability
Spearhead server and data center design initiatives incorporating best practices and innovative technologies
Ensure compliance with regional telecom and security codes/regulations in the UAE and broader Middle East region
Design and implement advanced audiovisual systems including acoustic studies and professional sound solutions
Oversee the integration of low voltage systems such as Fire Detection & Alarm CCTV Access Control and Public Address/Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems
Develop comprehensive building management system designs including equipment schedules specifications I/O matrices and sequence of operations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver ICT solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the organizations competitive edge
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
10 years of progressive experience in ICT engineering with a focus on largescale infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and solutions including LAN/WAN design and implementation
Proven expertise in structured cabling design and implementation (fiber optics Cat6/6A/7)
Extensive experience in server and data center design including cooling and power distribution systems
Indepth understanding of UAE and Middle East telecom and security regulations
Proficiency in audiovisual system design preferably with relevant certifications
Demonstrated experience in low voltage systems integration (Fire Alarm CCTV Access Control PAVA)
Strong background in building management systems and smart building technologies
Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA CCNP or equivalent
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working on ICT projects across the Middle East
