Manage reorganization by supervising staff in handling reorganization requests, analyzing their validity, and developing new structures based on organization design principles to ensure efficient and effective structural changes.

Address conflicts and overlaps in processes during organizational restructuring by providing technical advice to resolve issues, which is important for maintaining process efficiency and reducing operational disruptions.
