We are looking for a seasoned SAP OpenText Consultant with extensive experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Archiving to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP OpenText solutions, focusing on VIM and document archiving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OpenText solutions, with a specialization in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and document archiving.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OpenText solutions.
Develop and execute strategies for document management and archiving to ensure efficient data handling and compliance.
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP OpenText modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Integrate SAP OpenText with other SAP modules and external systems as required.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of OpenText solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP OpenText developments and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Over 9 years of experience in SAP OpenText consulting with a strong focus on Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Archiving.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP OpenText modules and integration with SAP ERP systems.
Proven ability to design and implement effective document management and archiving solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience working in the UAE or with UAE-based clients is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
SAP OpenText certification.
Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements specific to the UAE.
