We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Russian-Speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the real estate or hospitality industry and be able to communicate fluently in Russian.
This role requires a self-driven individual who can effectively build relationships with clients, close sales, and contribute to the company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Actively seek and engage with potential clients from Russian-speaking markets to promote and sell holiday homes.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.Property Promotion:
Provide detailed information on available properties, including features, pricing, and rental terms.
Assist clients in choosing properties that align with their preferences.Market Research:
Keep up-to-date with trends in the real estate and hospitality markets to understand client demands and tailor sales strategies accordingly.Negotiation and Closing:
Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.Customer Support:
Assist clients throughout their booking process, ensuring they receive top-tier service, including answering queries and resolving issues promptly.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to check-out.Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management on performance, forecasts, and opportunities.Key Requirements:
Language Skills:
Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential.Experience:
Proven sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry, preferably with a focus on vacation homes or short-term rentals.Location:
Must be based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.Strong Sales Skills:
