Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Acquisition:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads and convert them into new customers.

2. Account Management:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their retail technology experience.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

4. Market Expansion:
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement plans to penetrate new markets.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience:
• Open to new graduates or candidates with minimal work experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
