Key responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Brand Representation:

  • Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with brand standards.
• Sales:
  
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Promote and upsell additional products, including new arrivals and key pieces.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Brunello Cucinelli products, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Store Operations:
  
  • Assist in maintaining the store visual standard and presentation.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Product Knowledge:
  
  • Stay informed about new product arrivals, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
• Customer Relationship Management:
