Roles and responsibilitiesPublic Area Maintenance:
Clean and maintain all public areas, including restrooms, lobbies,corridors, restaurants, fitness facilities, and spa areas, ensuringthey are always in pristine condition.RestroomUpkeep:
Regularly clean and sanitize public restrooms, replenishingamenities such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.Ensure that all restroom fixtures and mirrors arespotless.Floor Care:
Perform regular wet anddry mopping of floors in public areas, ensuring safety andcleanliness.
Place appropriate signage during cleaning to preventaccidents.Surface Cleaning:
Removefingerprints, smudges, and other marks from glass doors, mirrors,and other shiny surfaces to maintain a polishedappearance.Guest Assistance:
Provide guestswith directions and respond to their inquiries with courtesy andprofessionalism.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhancetheir experience.Maintenance Reporting:
Identify and report any maintenance issues to the engineering teamimmediately, ensuring that repairs are conductedpromptly.Supply Management:
Organize andmanage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are storedsecurely and out of guest sight when not inuse.Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safetyprotocols, including LQE, LQA, Forbes, and FLHSS&Estandards, to ensure a safe environment for both guests andcolleagues.ColleagueRelationsTeam Collaboration:
Activelyparticipate in daily team briefings and ensure clear communicationwith colleagues and supervisors.

Respect guestprivacy and handle any guest belongings or information with theutmost confidentiality and care.Skills AndQualificationsEducation& CertificatesSenior High School Diploma orequivalent.Vocational Diploma in aHospitality-related subject is an advantage.
Desired candidate profile Minimum 1 year ofexperience working in a luxury hotelenvironment.A minimum of 1 year ofhousekeeping experience in luxuryhotels.Middle East experience is anadvantage.Hotel pre-opening experience is anadvantage.TechnicalSkillsProficiency in using housekeepingmanagement systems such as Actabl/Alice, Oracle, IBS, and MicrosoftOffice for inventory management andreporting.Strong knowledge of differentcleaning machinery, chemicals, and cleaning methods, with theability to select and use the appropriate tools and products forvarious surfaces and tasks.Excellentorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksefficiently.Communication AndLanguage SkillsClear and effective verbal andwritten communication skills in English arerequired.Proficiency in Arabic or otherlanguages is an advantage.BehavioralSkillsExceptional attention to detail andorganizational abilities.Professionalappearance and demeanor.Physical capability tostand for long periods and perform physically demandingtasks.Flexibility to work various shifts,including overnight, weekends, andholidays.
