Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects at Gururo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering results, a deep understanding of project management processes, and the ability to lead teams across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all stages of a project.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze project outcomes, recommending improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (like PMP) are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Understanding of the cultural and business nuances of the Middle East region.
