FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for positions based in Dubai. We are looking for a Project Manager (Composites) working for a prestigious engineering/manufacturing company, where the role is supporting projects across acrchitectural, marine, rail and energy sectors The company offer full sponsorship and ongoing assistance, help with accommodation, travel, flights etc. Salary for this role is depending on experience up to circa £120,000.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from post-tender stage to contract completion, ensuring customer satisfaction within the agreed contractual framework.
Plan project goals, maintain relevant documentation, and execute projects to defined specifications and quality.
Set project budgets and monitor costs, continually improving all aspects until project closure.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Integrate vendor tasks, track and review vendor deliverables.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
Recommend and implement solutions to problems.
Operate within HSE regulations as per company policy.
Skills and Experience Required for the Project Manager (Composites)
Engineering Degree.
NEBOSH qualification as a minimum.
Over 5 years of experience in a relevant construction/manufacturing industry dealing with multi-million-pound projects.
Ability to delegate effectively to achieve results.
Knowledge of composites and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and policies.
Expertise in Risk Management
