FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for positions based in Dubai. We are looking for a Production Cell Manager working for a large engineering manufacturing company. Leading a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and implementing production methodologies, optimising workflows, while ensuring quality assurance to meet highest industry standards. You will be managing staffing, scheduling, training for production staff teams, implementing safety protocols. You will have a proven track record of managing production cells or cellular manufacturing
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for optimal performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Monitor production metrics and analyse performance data.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
Facilitate communication between departments to support timely project completion.
Develop and execute plans for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Skills and Qualifications required for the Production Cell Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
