Product Owner

Roles and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our mobile app. As a Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the product's vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our app delivers exceptional value to users while meeting business objectives with complete P&L responsibility. Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the mobile app, aligning with company goals and market needs. Roadmap Development:
Develop and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and milestones for feature releases and enhancements. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment. User-Cantered Design:
Advocate for the user experience, using insights from customer feedback, market research, and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements. Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria. Agile Methodology:
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the development team. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics to assess the app's performance and identify areas for optimization. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure successful product delivery. Revenue Delivery:
Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with ARIE's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy and own the overall P&L for the app business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the fintech or mobile app industry. Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. Strong understanding of financial technologies, mobile app development, and user experience principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
