Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Partner - Recruitment. As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment tasks, including meeting with clients and candidates, presenting profiles, setting up and preparing interviews, managing offers, assisting candidates with the resignation process, and conducting post-placement meetings. This role is primarily located in Dubai and allows for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment as 360 recruiter with a strong billing history (£250/£300K)/(AED 1.5m)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Local market knowledge of the Middle East region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate how to grow a team as well as mentoring junior members
• Knowledge of the Built Environment Recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Degree or professional certification in human resources or a related field

This position will offer autonomy to the right candidate, with a industry leading commission structure up to 25% of monthly billings, as well as annual super bonuses based on meeting yearly financial targets. The role will suit someone who is already based in the UAE, or a high flyer in the UK/EU who understands the Middle East market
