What the role entails
The Junior Account Manager - Public Relations (corporate) manages a portfolio of client accounts and oversees the delivery of PR services in support of their brands. Responsibilities include:

What you will do

Manage several key client accounts to meet their PR needs in line with agreed project plan and targets.
Be the main point of contact for PR advice, guidance and issue resolution for designated clients, providing excellent client service.
Develop creative, innovative, on-point PR plans and campaigns for designated clients based on industry knowledge and PR insights.
Set project plans, delegate tasks to junior team members and oversee delivery according to project timeframes and standards.
Produce and/or edit press releases, pitch emails, interview briefings, social media content and other campaign materials, adapting style and tone according to target audience and media platform.
Maintain and manage relationships with a wide range of journalists, influencers and other key industry contacts, including hosting media entertainment where appropriate.
Pitch press releases and feature ideas to journalists and influencers, across print, broadcast and online to interest them in covering clients' stories.
Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients' spokespeople and facilitate these meetings where appropriate.
Oversee press launches and client events and provide direction to ensure smooth execution of events.
Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to Executives/Interns working on client accounts.
Oversee reporting of key metrics for accounts and evaluate campaign results for clients. Monitor progress and recommend campaign modifications where appropriate.
Contribute data for project budgets and manage projects within assigned budgets.
Ensure administration is managed for all client accounts including contracts, invoicing and reporting.
Foster collaboration within and across teams, to help ensure smooth project delivery across teams.
Stay across market trends and developments to help Q and our clients stay at the forefront of our industry in the region.
Manage intern onboarding program and mentoring.
