Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about the real estate industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Off-plan Administrator! As our Off-plan Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks related to our off-plan property inventory.
From coordinating with online governmental services to uploading property listings on our website, you'll ensure smooth and efficient operations every step of the way.
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 3000 to 5000 AED per month, based on your experience and expertise, you'll enjoy a supportive work environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
What you'll be doing:
Handling administrative interactions with online governmental services to obtain permits for property advertising.
Managing real estate developer portals and maintaining accurate records of property listings, including availability, pricing, and specifications.
Writing compelling property descriptions and uploading listings to our website.
Monitoring the progress of off-plan property projects and providing support to the sales team.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless property transactions.
What we're looking for:
Attention to Detail:
Must excel in managing precise administrative tasks.
Online Governmental Services:
Experience navigating and utilizing online platforms for obtaining permits.
Real Estate Developer Portals:
Proven ability to manage information within developer portals.
Communication Skills:
Strong proficiency in WhatsApp and direct outreach for accurate record-keeping.
Record Keeping:
Meticulous in maintaining detailed off-plan property listings.
Content Creation:
Skilled in crafting engaging property descriptions and uploading listings.
Project Monitoring:
Experience in monitoring off-plan property projects from pre-sales to completion.
Administrative Support:
Capable of providing comprehensive support to sales teams, including detailed report preparation.
Collaboration Skills:
Effective teamwork across departments for seamless property transactions.
Real Estate Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly off-plan properties.
Organizational Skills:
Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Technology Proficiency:
Able to utilize property management software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
English Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English for communication and report writing.
