Key Responsibilities:


Manage and optimize the MT4/5 trading platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and performance for all users.
Oversee the connection and communication between exchange systems, liquidity providers (LPs), and MT4/5 servers via FIX connections on aggregator engines such as PrimeXM, T4B, Centroid, FxCubic, OneZero, and Gold-i.
Install, configure, and maintain trade processors and aggregator bridge engines to support trading operations.
Conduct regular checks on the Market Watch panel to ensure correct price feed functionality and monitor server reports for trades, deals history, positions, and overall trading activities.
Oversee the creation and configuration of FOREX symbols, ensuring accurate setup and proper functionality.
Add new securities and symbols from LPs and manage the mapping of these symbols to MT5 for proper pricing and trade execution.
Create new client groups, assign desired commercial settings (spreads, commissions), and manage the mapping of LP symbols to ensure efficient trade execution.
Configure and manage risk management systems on MT4/5 platforms, ensuring that risk parameters are in line with trading policies.
Maintain and implement risk management protocols on other trading platforms, including CQG, TT, and FIX.
Manage and monitor all trading activities on platforms like MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, CQG, and TT, as well as exchanges such as CME, CMX, CBT, NYM, SGX, and LME.
Handle and monitor active trades, orders, and positions, ensuring smooth trading experiences for clients.
Provide technical support for client-facing issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of platform-related queries.
Generate, review, and analyze weekly client reports, including profits, losses, deposits, withdrawals, and settlement activities.
Utilize inbuilt MT5 Manager automation functions to facilitate weekly settlements of client accounts and monitor account balances, positions, and orders.
Manage and maintain bridge connections between MT4/5 platforms and liquidity providers, ensuring smooth trade execution and stable data flow.
Set up and configure routing rules on the gateway for efficient trade execution and connectivity.
Handle API integrations, including MT5 WebAPI, and ensure that all connections are tested, optimized, and maintained for performance and reliability.
Configure and manage the PAMM system for both client and master accounts.
Set up and optimize Trade Copier (T4B) systems to ensure correct parameter settings for equity allocation, percentage allocations, and inverse trade functions.
Create and manage investor and master accounts on MT4/5 platforms, ensuring accurate commission structures are applied as per individual client agreements.
Implement and monitor commission charges based on client structures and agreements.
Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring smooth client account management, deposit/withdrawal processing, and client-related services.
Support the development and testing of mobile applications, particularly the 'APM Trader' app, and contribute to its ongoing improvement.
Handle administrative and user access control tasks in Active Directory and manage security settings across platforms.
Continuously monitor system performance, checking for discrepancies in spread mappings and ensuring accurate trade executions.
Implement and maintain IT security protocols to safeguard platform integrity and protect sensitive data.
Perform regular testing of IT services, including mobile applications and other systems, to ensure their functionality and security.
Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure the highest level of platform efficiency, security, and uptime.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve system processes and ensure a seamless trading experience for clients

Required Skills & Knowledge:


Technical Expertise:
Strong background in managing and configuring MT4/5 platforms, gateway systems, and aggregator engines (PrimeXM, T4B, Centroid, etc.).
Trading Systems Knowledge:
Deep understanding of risk management on trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, CQG, TT, and FIX, with experience in managing trades across multiple exchanges (CME, NYM, SGX, etc.).
Programming & Automation:
Expertise in MQL4/MQL5 programming for custom Expert Advisors (EAs) and automation of trading processes.
API & Integration Management:
Proficiency in handling API integrations, specifically MT5 WebAPI, and ensuring smooth data transfer between systems.
CRM & Client Management:
Experience with CRM systems and client account configuration, including managing deposits/withdrawals and settlement functions.
IT Security & System Maintenance:
Knowledge of IT security protocols and experience testing mobile applications and platform services to ensure robust security and functionality.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders (e.g., brokers, liquidity providers).
