In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
The Marketing Coordinator will be a central function of Dubai Holding Entertainment marketing team coordinating marketing campaign planning schedules, reporting, calendars and team meetings.
The role will require excellent project management and communication skills.Manage the Dubai Holding Entertainment Marketing budget process accruals, raising of Pos and ensuring payments are made on time.Management of procurement process, tendersManaging coordination of photography shootsManagement of campaign planning and the Marketing CalendarManaging marketing agency meetings, campaign planningProvide on-the-ground assistance at Marketing Events where requiredManage diary coordinationManage team engagement eventsCoordination with key departmentsAssisting in preparation of presentations, memos, weekly reportsProviding follow ups on deadline of key reports.About you:
