Must have Experience:
Total Job Experience in Salesforce: 7+ years
Extensive hands-on experience in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for a large real estate company.
Must have worked in a technical capacity for a minimum of 5 large scale implementations, including at least 2 for the real estate vertical.
Must have worked in a technical capacity in at least 2 support/hyper care engagements.
Must have worked on at least 2 projects integrating Salesforce with Oracle Fusion through OIC and Mulesoft.
Hands-on experience migrating high volume data from/to Salesforce.
Strong experience in solution design, development, and integration in a high value & high-volume transactional environment through a minimum of 3 projects.
Extensive product knowledge in both Sales and Service Cloud, including product development best practices and limits imposed by Salesforce.
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
At least 2 projects experience where CI/CD process is used, including deployment methods like Change set, ANT tool, SFDX, VS Code deployment, and Autorabit.
Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
Advanced certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect will be a huge plus.
Participation in key solution and design decisions on solutions & approaches.
Designed integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion.
Must Have Technical Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience for over 6 years with Apex, Aura, LWC, VF Page, Bulk triggers, Web services, batch apex, Scheduling apex, Queueable apex, dynamic apex, force.com sites, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and flows.
Proficient with Integration through SOAP, REST, and Streaming APIs, used in high volume transactions.
Performed bulk data load and extraction from Salesforce.
Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Informatica, or similar.
Community Builder experience.
