Role: Java Developer - Mandarin speaking
Salary: 20,000 AED
Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex payment systems using Java and related technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product management, UX/UI design, quality assurance, and operations
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standard
Must have requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Java Development experience
Experience with Spring Framework, APIs, and Cloud
Fluent in Mandarin (The CTO is Mandarin, so we need candidates who can communicate with them)
Nice to have requirements:
Experience integrating third-party APIs
Payments / FinTech experience
