Internal Recruiter (Temp) - Arabic speaking up to AED 15,000Our client is looking for a temporary Arabic speaking Internal Recruiter to join their team to cover maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain valuable MNC HR experience with a leading company.
Candidates with experience recruiting Regional roles within the financial services industry would be preferred.Responsibilities include:
Facilitating the recruitment process, placing adverts on job boards and social mediaScreening a high volume of CV's, shortlisting and conducting 1st round interviewsLiaising with Recruitment AgenciesLiaising with line managers, booking interviews for candidatesCreating reports on recruitment statusGenerating high quality candidates through networking and headhuntingGeneral recruitment support for the Recruitment TeamJob Requirements:
