Assist in coordinating and executing various events, including meetings, weddings, and corporate gatherings.Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.Manage vendor relationships and communicate event requirements.Prepare and organize event materials, including signage and seating arrangements.Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and guests throughout the event process.Participate in pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.Gain hands-on experience in event planning and hospitality management.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Additional InformationVisa Requirements:
