Interface Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Develop an Interface Management system for Project, including plans, policies, procedures, and requirements for all involved parties:
external to Projects (AGUP-1, SGC, GMP,.
) and internal interfaces between DBOOM Contracts and the other EGEP activities (linepipes, early works, ERW,.
).
Define Interfaces with a clear view on priorities.
Coordinate the different interfaces among the involved parties.
Ensure Interfaces are resolved timely, considering project quality, cost, and contractual constraints.
Ensure the Technical team under the responsibility of the Engineering Manager is involved in Technical Interfaces resolution.
Maintain an Interface Register.
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, legislations, and directives in executing EGEP/ArtawiGA 25.
Provide clarifications to all stakeholders and, where necessary, organize meetings to solve technical issues.
Monitor and report progress of the interfaces resolution.
Ensure effective and efficient communication and work relationships with all stakeholders involved in Interfaces with EGEP.
Participate in Projects and Contractor weekly and monthly meetings.
Report regularly through Project reporting on Interfaces coordination progress.
In the Risk Management position, the main missions are:
Develop a Risk Management Plan encompassing both Contractors' risks and Company risks.
Define Project risks and quantify each risk with a risk owner.
Risks will be quantified in accordance with their impact on Cost, Planning, Production, Reserves, and H3SE.
Finally, each risk will obtain a probability of occurrence.
Ensure all risks are followed with a mitigation plan.
Maintain a Risk and Opportunity Register.
Organize any necessary meetings with risk owners to track the risk resolution progress.
Assist in providing mitigation measures to the Risk owner.
Ensure effective and efficient communication and work relationships with all stakeholders involved in Risks and Opportunities with EGEP.
Coordinate externally to the Project.
