Henry Martin is working closely with a leading client in Dubai in their search for a Information Manager. This office-based role will also require visits to all sites within the construction division. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of critical documents across the company.
Reporting to the Group Digital Construction & BIM Manager, you will oversee the creation, management, and dissemination of company information, supporting smooth operations and informed decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in document control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies and policies for effective information management.
• Establish and maintain a robust document management system.
• Manage the lifecycle of documents, from creation to archiving.
• Conduct audits on site documentation and report issues to the project Design Lead.
• Provide training on document control processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance information systems.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve information management.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Aconex is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Managerial experience
