To implement and ensure the quality of usage of the Human Resource tools and processes that lead to improved people productivity within the assigned operating companies.

To provide specialist HR advice on assigned areas.

• Provide effective and timely recruitment solutions for all agreed assignments, ensuring recruited employee's fit the need of the role and fit within the organization's cultural environment.
• Provide operational HR support to the organization, developing effective working relationships with managers and encouraging the development of good HR practice.
• Ensure all primary HR processes are fully documented and under the control of the organization's document/process management systems.
• Ensure all HR related policies and or standards are correctly adopted within the organization's own policies and procedures.

• 4-6 years of HR experience, of which 2-3 years at a managerial or assistant manager position.
• Influencing, people management, leading, project management skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in management or BBA/MBA in HR or CIPD qualified (advantage).
