This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your couch! French and English fluency is required.
YOUR MISSIONYour main goal will be to create and iterate until you find ways to drive growth to Paradox.
You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox excel.
To do so, here are your 4 main responsibilities:
Own marketing funnels from A to Z:
Create, redesign, integrate, and optimize all marketing funnels.
Ensure the seamless functionality of marketing funnels.
Select and maintain the most effective tools to optimize performance.
Implement CRO routines and hack the growth:
Implement Growth Hacking Experiments and Frameworks.
Benchmark, select and implement an A/B testing tool.
Set-up trustworthy performance dashboards and report on a weekly basis to the VP Marketing.
Build and animate solid testing protocol routines with the PMM.
Iterate relentlessly on all steps of the AARRR funnel.
Optimize CRM for End-to-End Customer Experience:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Optimize CRM workflows to ensure data accuracy and targeting for personalized marketing efforts.
Implement and manage automated campaigns to nurture leads and build customer relationships.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
Own Affiliate and Influencer Strategy for Maximum Impact:
Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and influencer strategy.
Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with high-impact affiliates and influencers.
Create, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate and influencer strategies.
