Role Overview:

Uqudo is seeking a Finance Analyst specializing in Receivables and Costing to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will play a critical part in managing accounts receivables while also assisting in ERP implementation and overseeing various costing-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables: Manage accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and reconciliation.
Assist in ERP implementation: Support the Finance Manager in the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, providing insights and assistance as needed.
Contracts Database Management & Costing: Maintain contracts database and assist in costing analysis for various contracts and projects.
Department Costing: Analyze and allocate costs to different departments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Department Budget Tracking: Monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to management on budget performance.
Variable Compensation Working, Recording: Assist in the calculation and recording of variable compensation for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitoring Unused Subscriptions: Track and monitor unused subscriptions, analyze usage patterns, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Acquisition and Procurements: Support acquisition and procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in finance or accounting role, with exposure to accounts receivable and costing activities.
Experience with ERP systems implementation preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
