As the Chairman's Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand that ensures everything runs smoothly, from complex scheduling and seamless travel planning to confidential communications and project coordination/management. You'll be the trusted gatekeeper, the skilled organiser, and the professional face for high-level interactions. Your Profile

This role is tailor-made for an Executive Assistant who brings not only experience but charisma, confidence, and an innate sense of professionalism. Here's what we're looking for:

At least 5+ years working with C-Suite executives, ideally within legal, hospitality or similar professional fields. You know how to handle the demands of a top-tier office.
Articulate, polished, and well-spoken. You're just as comfortable handling written communications as you are managing conversations with VIP stakeholders.
You can juggle priorities with ease and never miss a detail. Schedules, projects, last-minute changes - you can handle it all with grace.
Interacting with a wide range of stakeholders is second nature. You're a people person with discretion, tact, and the confidence to represent the Chairman in every interaction.
