feasibility through to pre tender estimate)Potentially able to carry out the necessary measurement to prepare Bills of QuantitiesPreparation of tender documentsProviding commercial input to the PM team during the tender processTender review and recommendation reportingPreparation of contract documents / Consultant appointmentsChange control / assessment of variationsAssessment and agreement of Contractor's / Consultant's payment applicationsAbility to identify / review / assess any pending or received claimsAgreement of Final AccountsFit out background preferredRemuneration Package:

The role is with a leading international consultancy that is a market leader in the sector and is very well established in the Middle East with a long-term stable portfolio of projects.
They offer excellent career progression and the chance to work on the region's leading projects.The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with Contractors and Consultants (including the internal PM team).
They will be dealing with Clients and managing their expectations.
They must have the ability to cope with a number of different projects running concurrently.
The candidate will have the ability to delegate to junior resources where required.
In addition, they must be willing to ask for assistance from the line manager when necessary.Individual Personal Attributes:
