Job description: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-respected and long-established medical healthcare facility in Dubai, specializing in mental health & wellness for adults and children, for a Clinic Manager. Innovations Group UAE (Medical & Healthcare Division) is a staffing services provider dedicated to sourcing niche skilled and high-caliber talent such as doctors, nurses, midwives, dentists, and allied health professionals to the medical and healthcare sector for over 30 years. Based in Dubai with an additional 16 offices globally, we support the UAE and the broader Gulf region.

Role: Clinic Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hours: Full time up to 48 hrs per week

Salary & Benefits: AED 12,000 + standard UAE benefits including 30 days paid holiday, private medical cover, yearly air ticket, and visa.

Summary: To take responsibility for clinic management and functions, quality control and procedures, financial planning, budgets, employee and HR matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MUST be degree educated or have further relevant qualifications such as a diploma in business management.
• MUST have at least 5 years of total experience in a similar post.
• MUST have a background in healthcare management, hotel management, or hospitality management.
• MUST have excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English.
• IDEALLY, Arabic speaking would be an advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational functions of the clinic in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Maintain constant review for accuracy and quality of patient medical records in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Conduct employee evaluations, provide counseling, perform disciplinary actions and terminations, and ensure new hire training and staff development.
• Maintain, perform, and report equipment upkeep records and needs.
• Perform ancillary duties to include front and back office support as mandated by patient flow and/or center needs.
• Daily duties include hiring new employees, creating work schedules, overseeing medical billing, drafting budgets, implementing policy changes, starting professional development training, ordering medical equipment, and leading staff meetings.
• Design development strategies for conducting efficient training.
• Oversee all doctors' schedules and implement the necessary planning.
• Oversee patient satisfaction and handle patient complaints, track feedback from patients, and map process plans accordingly.
• Monitor and deliver on customer and doctor satisfaction.
• Handle insurance rejections for patients.
• Organize internal meetings for better inter-departmental coordination.
• Provide patient financial counseling for self-payers.
• Coordinate with other clinics for day-to-day operations, patient complaints, billing, staffing, etc.
