We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the staffing and recruitment industry.Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and client meetings.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for growth.Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and expanding business with existing clients.Proposal Development:
Prepare and present business proposals service agreements and other relevant documents to potential clients.Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities client feedback and market trends to senior management.Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry in the UAE.Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.Additional Requirements:
UAE Market Knowledge:
Indepth understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry in the UAE.Language:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.RequirementsExperience:
