• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.
• Support the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and meet project requirements.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, promotional materials, and product packaging designs.
• Maintain organized files of all design assets and adhere to version control.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Receive and implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to improve designs.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of additional software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
