You will take responsibility for mechanical maintenance ensuring quality and completion.
You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
Performing electro-mechanical testing and assembly on equipment.Troubleshooting, assembling, disassembling, testing and performing visual inspection of electro mechanical assemblies.Identifying and communicating technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.Achieving and maintaining Competency Assessments as required.Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.Using multi-meters, meg, ohmmeter, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments.Performing heat tests, final assembly, sensor assembly and/or PCBA installation.Following the competency management program requirements and working under administrative supervision.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Diploma in Electrical/ElectronicsHave more than 3 years of experience in Electromechanical AssembliesBe able to work in a competitive environment.Have strong problem-solving skills.Able to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.Be proficient in the use of oscilloscopes.Have advanced computer skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
