We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a managerial position at our electrical cable factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical equipment and systems in the factory.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and electricians, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
System Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and equipment, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary to minimize production disruptions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Inventory Control: Oversee the inventory of electrical spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices, adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CMRP) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
