About the job:
Kent is recruiting for Systems Completions & Commissioning Manager that will be responsible for full project execution from the design phase right through to start-up, setting up the full Kent Systems Completions & CSU model for the project from inception.
Your responsibilities:
• Generation of Systems Completion and Commissioning Plan / CSU Strategy so all stakeholders are aligned.
• Generation of System Boundary Drawings by System / Sub-System i.e.
P&ID's, SLD's, HVAC drawings.
• Development of CSU Project Roadmap • Development of CSU Responsibility Matrix through all project phases • Generation of full System / Sub-System Listing • Development of Project CSU/ORA Risk Matrix.
• Manage development of Step-by-Step Dynamic Commissioning Procedures • Experience in developing start-up procedures and operating manuals for process, utilities and offsite is essential.
• Demonstrate leadership during the implementation of the above important activities in large projects and have experience in test run and plant acceptance.
• Must have experience in Hazop and Safety audits during constructions and commissioning.
• Oversee deployment of full construction (A), pre-commissioning (B) and commissioning (C) Project Inspection Test Records / Checksheets against all tagged items.
• Manage Set up and population of Systems Completions Management Database (Hexagon Smart Completions).
• Complete Management and Generation of Project Turnover Completion Packaged / Dossiers by system.
• Management of Generation of full CSU schedule and integration of same into overall project schedule.
• Generation of FAT Participation Matrix + FAT checksheet allocation for major equipment.
• Hold SC Workshops to ensure alignment between all Stakeholders.
• Manage Generation of Project Preservation Plan and integration within the project SCMD.
• Manage procurement of all CSU spares, first-fills, special tools and equipment.
• Develop CSU Vendor Support Plan • Responsible for all CSU inspections / witnessing of all sub-contractors works.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Qualification/ Certification:
• Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent Skills Requirement:
Leadership in managing multicultural / multi-discipline teams throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, driving a systematic mindset.
Communication:
Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with Client, Vendors, implementation contractors, and sub-contractors.
