Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hospital Experienced Storekeeper to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory, receiving and inspecting incoming goods, recording inventory transactions, managing stock orders, and ensuring goods are stored safely and properly.
The role requires conducting regular stock counts, coordinating with procurement for replenishment, and assisting with the delivery and dispatch of goods.
Candidates should have proven experience as a Storekeeper, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
A Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma is required, with additional certification in inventory management preferred.

Tracking and maintaining stock levels.
Conducting regular stock checks and audits.

Organizational Skills
Arranging items systematically for easy retrieval.
Keeping the storage area clean and organized.

Record-Keeping
Logging incoming and outgoing items accurately.
Maintaining detailed records of purchase orders and deliveries.
Generating reports on stock levels, shortages, and excesses.
Communication Skills
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
Communicating effectively with colleagues, including providing updates on stock status.
Handling customer inquiries (if applicable).
Technical Proficiency
Using warehouse management or ERP software.
Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory tracking tools.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Attention to Detail
Identifying discrepancies in stock records.
Ensuring accurate labeling and storage of items.
Monitoring product expiration dates and quality.
Time Management
Ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Meeting deadlines for order fulfillment.
Managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical Stamina
Ability to lift and move heavy items (if required).
Endurance for extended periods of standing or walking in the storage area.
Problem-Solving
Handling stock discrepancies or shortages.
Addressing and resolving supplier delivery issues.
Adapting to sudden changes in inventory demands.
Knowledge of Safety Practices
Understanding proper storage conditions for various goods.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Operating machinery or equipment safely (e.g., forklifts).
