Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders on the regular requirements of goods and services - Experience in managing the procurement for MEP and Civil Projects is preferred.
  • Support the team in implementing the purchasing strategies and performance management of all Purchasing process-related activities including and not limited to reviewing evaluation reports and requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications, reviewing purchase orders and ensuring adherence to overall guidelines.
  • Manage the preparation, renewal and revision of service contracts mainly that includes purchasing goods related AMC's, rehabilitation works, and services required.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal and the vendor/Contractor to ensure all necessary and accurate documents are available and attached.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts to realize savings.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end procurement processes of all the requests received from different internal stakeholders such as PM, Finance, Human Capital, Logistics, Marketing, IT, ERP, HSQE, Health Club & Business Development.
  • Crosscheck paperwork for PR/PO in relation to establishment of agreements/contracts.
  • Provide periodic contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policies. Intimate concerned departments 60 days prior to expiry of the contract.

Information Security Responsibilities:

  • Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies.
  • Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities.
  • Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information has taken the Security Awareness Training.
  • Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
  • Not disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus.
  • Restrict use to authorized purposes, protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords.
  • Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Professional certifications in CPSM, CPIM, or relevant are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience working in procurement or supply chain or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with FM and/or construction industry is preferred.

Skills:

  • Experience in using SAP.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
  • Able to produce concise and succinct reports.
  • Service-Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Supply Chain Management.
  • Negotiation.
