Procurement Administrator

Roles and responsibilitiesManage the development andimplementation of all procurement related activities for Corporaterelated products / services.
Manage end-to-endprocurement process, from RFP development/ review till theappointment of consultant or contractor for Corporatefunctions.
Please note, this role is for a UAEnational onlyROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, manage / approve allnon-project procurement transactions according toDOA.
Review the development of alltender-related scope templates (consultants and contractors) andassociated documentation to ensure their compliance with Laws,regulations, Policy & Procedures, prevailing marketrequirements and lesson learnt.
Applycorrective actions on procurement process when required to enhancethe its performance (reduction of time /cost).
Manage the selling of corporatedepreciated items (e.
g.
cars, furniture,etc.
).
Manage the delivery of commerciallyfavorable contracts and cost savings opportunities associated withvendor agreements.
Ensure all vendors areproviding cost-effective value-added services; periodicallyreviewing and evaluating all contracts.
Ensureimplementation of procurement strategies, objectives, KPIs andplans on a yearly basis.
Negotiate with vendorsand suppliers to get the best techno-commercialvalues.
Supervise and support (when necessary)the technical evaluation done byusers.
Supervise and control the commercialreview of proposals to ensure obtaining bestdeals.
Review, validate and approve the finalaward recommendation process.
Ensure allproducts and services are delivered on time and within RFPspecifications.
Supervise the procurementprocess and liaise between external vendors and internalDepartmentsSupport with cross functionalresponsibilities with finance payment process, ERP systemenhancement, legal review and auditrecommendations.
Support the vendors managementprocess and performance review through periodic assessment toensure quality suppliers.
Apply e-procurementtools and techniques internally.
Provide inputfor setting up cross-functions SLAs, ensure compliance of thefunction with SLAsRelated Year OfExperienceMin of 10+ years ofexperienceYOE IN MANAGERIALPOSITIONMin of 2+ years ofmanagerial procurement position heading a team ofspecialists.

Extensivetheoretical and practical knowledge and direct experience of thedevelopment & implementation of strategic procurement, tofulfil customer requirements and to retain and increaseprofitability, contributing significantly to the goals andcontinued success of the business.
Extensiveexperience and proven technical proficiency with appropriateprocurement systems and analytic tools (Excel, Access, MS Project,ERP).
Strong analytical, business processanalysis and problem solving & financial acumencapabilities.
