Roles & Responsibilities Highly experienced lead teachers areassigned to a cluster of schools to provide administrativeleadership and support.
Lead teachers areresponsible for ensuring schools within the cluster of theirresponsibility conform to administrative requirements of thecompany along with evaluating the performance of all teachingstaff.
Lead teachers monitor the records ofthese schools to ensure all items are maintained up to date andinformation is complete and accurate according to setdeadlines.
Additionally lead teachers will beassigned to teach specific classes in the schools within theirassigned clusters.
Lead teachers will oversee the anyextracurricular activities along with the preparation andimplementation of tournaments and other events.Desired Candidate Profile SkillsRequired Good athletic andhealth ability within international standards of BMI.
Passion forfitness sports and physical activities is essential toinspire students to lead an active lifestyleinside and outside the school.
Flexibility inlesson planning and the ability to adapt to various student needsand skill levels are essential.
Strongmotivational skills to encourage students to participate improveand set fitness short and longterm goals.
Strong leadership skills are essential for PE teachers to leadsports teams fitness classes and group activities in the schoolcommunity.
JOBSPECIFICATIONS Comply with EHSPolicies Programs and Procedures as per ESE & Service ProviderSports policies and guidelines and take responsibility for anyaspect of EHS that they are involved in Organize games and challenges that promote physical activity amonghigh school students Exercise leadership bytaking personal responsibility for monitoring and assessing theprogress of all learners Maintain uptodaterecords of learners work and performance and communicate learnersprogress knowledgeably and responsibly based onappropriate indicators to learners parents and othercolleagues React quickly to an emergency orinjury without panicking and be physically fit enough to keep upwith each class throughout the school day Teachstudents how to play and compete in a variety of athletic sports:
basketball gymnastics running and yoga.
PE teachers will need solidexperience in each of those areas Develop motorskills and physical development as well as proper exercise andeating habits among students Adjust curriculato adapt to children with disabilities or different physicalabilities Communicate and demonstrate PEactivities to students Observe all theirstudents and maintain discipline within the class Develop Curricula including coursework in physical healthand general education topics such as exercise philosophy health andnutrition Deal with and successfully intercedein a wide variety of situations React quicklyto an emergency or injury without panicking and be physically fitenough to keep up with each class throughout the schoolday Teach students how to play and compete invariety of athletic sports such as basketball gymnastics runningand yoga and others.
