Job Purpose
As a Graphic Designer, your goal will be to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and information to target audiences, extending the exposure of MAGNiTT and its products.
As MAGNiTT looks to further improve its Brand identity, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to stay updated with design trends, and understand MAGNiTT's business concept and data to conceptualize it into clear and effective designs. This will include research reports, data articles, and marketing collaterals.
Core Duties:
Own MAGNiTT data reports design and visualizations;
Collaborate with the Research team to develop design strategies that enhance the presentation of data and insights in reports and data articles;
Stay updated with design trends and techniques used by other platforms providing data to improve our designs.
Create visually appealing graphics for reports and social media platforms, ensuring they align with MAGNiTT's brand identity.
Engage with clients to explain the design approach for Sponsor reports and incorporate their suggestions.
Develop design templates for future use, including logo placement or subtitles;
Communicate effectively with the marketing team to ensure that graphic designs align with their requirements;
Brainstorm and propose new design ideas to support the overall marketing strategy;
Job Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Experience with Data Visualization projects;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop;
• Have a skilled eye for details;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
Good to have/be:
• Basic knowledge or interest of VC;
• Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar platform for newsletter design;
• Experience with Data visualization tools;
• Arabic is an advantage;
• Experience with After Effects and or Premiere for video editing or animation is a plus;
• Integrity, you've got the best interests of the company in mind;
• Experience in the MAGNiTT Platform and/or other financial databases is a bonus.
