A leading retail group in the UAE is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill in an exciting and challenging General Manager role and drive the business growth of a rapidly expanding health and beauty retail chain within the GCC region.
This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.As the General Manager, your role will include the following:
Develop and implement improved retail standards within the businessEnsure that all business targets and objectives are reachedKeep the business costs within the approved budgetsDrive the achievement of all KPIsEnsure that all stores are offering the best product mix and are always up to operational standardsSupport the expansion of the brand within the GCC region, conduct feasibility studies on new projects and locationsKeep updated of the latest market trends and competitors activitiesTo qualify for the General Manager role, you must have the following skills and experience:
Substantial experience in a similar general management role within the retail industry, preferably with a pharmacy/health and beauty backgroundPreferably with UAE work experience and an existing network of contacts within the industryGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong business acumenExcellent man management abilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity with a guaranteed excellent package that awaits the successful candidate.
