What do we do?We train, implement, operate and provide technical support to companies that use Google Cloud.
Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations - large, small, private, or public - can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and ready-to-use cloud services from the Google Cloud.
Where can you find us?You can actually find us anywhere in Poland, Romania, Hungary, and thanks to our remote-first strategy, FOTC employees can work from wherever they want.
Our headquarters is located in the center of Wrocław, Poland, and everyone is welcome there, no matter if they want to meet in person or just have a sip of good coffee.

We are looking for a person for our Cloud Support team who will support us in the position:
Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Romania Your responsibilities will include:
solving technical problems of the company's customers related to the use of Google Workspace,providing support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace,conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution,appearing at industry events, providing support for the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Romanian language native speaker,English language on very good level (at least B2),knowledge or experience in IT (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks),knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar,willingness to work with customers and support them on a daily basis.
Knowledge nice to have:
Experience in administering Google Workspace,knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basics of Linux,SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management, etc.).
