Job summary
MISSION:
Responsible for managing and organizing all company documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards and maintaining an efficient and effective document control system.
TASKS:

Developing and implementing document control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation;
Managing and organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files;
Maintaining a centralized document control system that includes document tracking, version control and change management;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate document updates;
Reviewing and approving all documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards;
Monitoring and ensuring document security, including restricted access to confidential and sensitive documents;
Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements;
Training employees on document control procedures and systems;
Continuously improving the document control system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Management;
5+ years of experience in document control and records management;
5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector;
Previous experience with ADNOC standards;
Fluent level of English (written and spoken).

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE;
Contract duration: 3 months;
Starting date: July 2024.
